Meet the Team

John McNamee has gained his experience by working in this field since 1986. In 1992, John got licensed to be able to start his own business, Quality Sheet Metal Heating & Air, Inc. John’s dedication and hard work have been the driving force behind the company, which he had built around doing honest work, having reasonable prices, and building a relationship with all of his customers as if they are his family. In his off time, John likes to spend time with his kids and grandkids.

Tonya McNamee is part owner of Quality Sheet Metal Heating & Air, Inc. She was married into the company in 2000 as John’s go-to person. Tonya is a dedicated mother of 5 and a wonderful grandma of 6. She spends most of her free time with family, doing crafts, shopping, and being one with nature.

My name is Courtney and I have been working for Quality Sheet Metal Heating & Air, Inc. since May of 2020 as their secretary. A couple of reasons why I love this company is they are very attentive to their employees, I am able to expand my knowledge about the industry, and I get the opportunity to build amazing relationships with the customers. I am a mother of one and a full-time student pursuing a career in cosmetology. In my off time, I like to spend time with my family, be anywhere in nature, and have movie nights at home.

My name is Jonathan McNamee, one out of five of John and Tonya’s kids, and I have been working for my family’s company for the past three years. I started out doing maintenance, service calls, helping with gutters/roofing, and then started HVAC installs. Now I am their new HVAC install manager and run that side of the business. I am the father of one little girl! When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family and friends, work on my truck, and go riding on my motorcycle.

My name is Tyler Higgins, I am a proud and hardworking blue-collar American. I live by honesty, loyalty, and quality. I have been married to my high school sweetheart since 2012. We have a beautiful daughter and another on the way. I am proud to work for Quality Sheet Metal and being part of a family that builds each other up.

My name is Devon Lowe, another one of John and Tonya McNamee’s kids, and I have been working for the family business since 2016. I started out in the business as a roofer then moved to the HVAC install crew. Now, I am the service technician and the maintenance manager. I have been with my girlfriend for four years and we have two boys and a tough little girl. During my free time, I like to go biking meets and ride my street bike up in the hills.

Shelby Ellington joined the Quality family in April of 2019 as our lead roofer. He is punctual, creative, ambitious, and always puts the needs of his customers first. Shelby is a father of three spunky little boys that always keeps him on his toes.

Hello, my name is Jacob and I started with Quality back in 2019. I am dedicated, hardworking, and respectful. In my free time, I like to spend it with my family trying new restaurants and playing board games.
